Body Corporate Rules In An Apartment Complex

Is it really important to know the body corporate rules in an apartment complex before you decide to buy a unit from it?

As an apartment specialist in Auckland, I know for a fact that every buyer should check the body corporate rules that are in effect in a particular complex. The main reason for this is that there are certain rules that the buyer may not accept, and that could be a problem.

Imagine if you already bought the apartment but you’re unaware of the rules they imposed in that complex. What if these rules could limit you on what you want to do, or prohibit the things that you would want to put on your apartment?

I will discuss these rules on my latest podcast and explain several important things that you, as a buyer should know about. Watch the podcast on my website and get the latest insights on body corporate rules.
