Hard Money Bankers - What Is Wholesaling

Wholesaling is a form of real estate investing/selling that many people have heard of but aren't quite familiar with exactly what it is. Wholesaling an investment property is when a buyer puts a property under contract to purchase and has the right to assign the agreement of sale to someone else. Then a different investor is identified and assigned the rights to buy the property. The difference between the initial acquisition price from the buyer and the price being paid by the end buyer is considered the wholesale fee.
