looking to purchase and finance a condo in manhattan, ny. problem is that I wish to tap into the equity in another condo i also own in manhattan, ny ( registered as an llc and as a second home).

I was told to try asset based financing, and collateralized low interest loans but don't seem to be getting anywhere with that either. Has anybody had such experiences and suggestions.
