Hello All, I'm new here to bigger pockets, though been listening to the podcasts for a few months. By day I'm a tech investor but looking to diversify into real estate. I grew up around it, so a bit surprised I haven't taken the jump yet. Just had first offer accepted on florida property and putting in offer on Rhode Island property. I'm interested in meeting people who are investing in properties for short term rental use.
