Hello all, I am new to the community. Been studying and reading up a lot about the Real Estate investing life. I am currently 20 and I am now finishing up my bachelors in business, I already have my associates. The REI life has been calling me for a while now, thankfully I've discovered this website, I live in Atlanta Ga. I've been looking for a mentor for a while now, intimidated with the thought of starting by myself, finding a house, purchasing it, then having no buyers to sell to and ruining my credit by buying a house with no immediate plan, I've been in neutral. I know I have come to the right place for help, just don't know if I am headed in the right direction. Any help would be much appreciated. Ready to get the ball rolling, develop my connections list, help those who help me by working together, and later extending my business from within Ga to all over.
