Hi, everyone!

It's neat to find a group of friendly, like-minded people.

All my life I've been interested in real estate, esp. foreclosures. In my "partying" days I would come home from a party (by myself) and read about 3/4 of a r.e. financing book before falling asleep. (I guess that makes me a real nerd.)

Anyway, life has had its twists and turns. Didn't get to do much real estate. Then decided to leave California. Now I'm starting my dream! For real! One reason I chose to move to Kingman is the tremendous real estate opportunities here.

Have partnered up with a guy here locally who's been doing rehabs for quite a while. I just finished creating a website to match up investors with foreclosures and pre-foreclosures. I actually go to the Courthouse and get the info directly, follow up with the Trustees, take the pictures and put the info on the web. Have developed a database of everything that's going on in Mohave County. Lots of work, but fun too. Investors can be anywhere in the world, and Tim wants to especially work with people who have yet to do their first deal. So he can help them get confidence, learn the ropes, and then go out on their own.

Am looking forward to many lively discussions on this forum!

Hi, Ophelia,

I actually go to the Courthouse and get all the foreclosures for Mohave County, and I have many vacant land foreclosures in my database.

What are you looking for? I don't have land up on my website yet -- that is a future project. But maybe in the meantime I can help.

One of the reasons I moved to Kingman from California is the great potential I see for investing and appreciation. Many reasons for it.

If I can help, let me know.
