Where do a person score need to be to purchase a Rehab, and how much money do you need to have a closing and how many can you purchase at one time, and is it true that as you fix up the property the lender will give you the money back after they do their inspections, thanks

Wouldn't it be best to do an assignable contract with the seller, so that way you may be able to assign the contract over to someone or just get an assignable contract with you and the seller so and you just sell it your self, i am new to this and i am trying to figure out the best way to do this

They are used for the same thing, but i am like you. People are too the point to where the lack of trust is causing them to loose business, that is why i am working on being direct to the seller.

It is too much emphasis when you have a client who wants to buy, and then the 3 to 4 people take you through so much to get what is needed to make the deal closed , it is nerve werking.

I never did think about that at at all myself , because I have properties in GA, that I can't seem to move either, thanks for the advice, also i have an Arizona property I am trying to move and having problems, any suggestions

Are you still looking to buy vacant land?
