Hello everyone,

My name is Josh and I am a newly licensed Realtor/Broker in the Fayetteville, NC market. One of my biggest goals is to become a full time investor, primarily with flipping houses. I came to this website to learn every bit of information that I can. I am mostly interested in finding out strategies for investing with OPM. Any and all advice is welcome!
