Justin, That is awesome!  Congrats on the Duplex.  Westgate appears to be one the best of that Area.

@ Josh Horner Thanks for the input.  According to the Map SW hilltop is kind of the area that you are talking about which looks good.

I currently invest on the East side in Obetz, Groveport, and Blacklick Estates.  I am looking to possibly expand to the Southwest Hilltop area as it seems to be kept up well and the houses appear to be in good shape.  I have not ventured out to this area before and I am looking for advice on this area and comparable areas around the city with good returns and some appreciation as I am looking to gain cashflow at the moment and expand to more appreciating properties in the future.  I have had good luck with Blacklick Estates, but deals here are starting to become more costly and not as appealing as they once were due to the demand in housing in central Ohio.   I have also heard North Linden is not a bad market but I am not educated enough in this area to feel comfortable purchasing there. Any advice or direction will be greatly appreciated.  

Just saw this thread when in the forums and thought I would post here.  I live in Groveport and have two rentals in Blacklick Estates.  Our renters work near Rickenbacker and we have have good success with tenants in the past.  We are currently looking to add one or two more rentals to our portfolios in the near future in this area since we know what the rents are and the market is fairly stable.
