Hello,

My name is Aaron Ellis and I am 22 years old. I recently passed both national and state exams. My next step is to find a sponsoring brokerage. I am looking for one here in Houston, Texas. I have been studying a bunch on the investors side of things as well which is why I am on BP. Please feel free to contact me. I am looking to start working ASAP.

Hello, I take my test in a couple days to get my license to be a agent in Texas. Been studying both the agent side and investor side heavily these past couple of months. Since BP is a great place to ask questions I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations? Thank you.

Hello,

I am trying to get started in the real estate investing game. I have been studying for months and believe I am now ready. The only thing holding me back is capital for down payments. What advice would you give me in order for me to find a group of private investors for my deals?
