I have 10 grand saved up is this amount of money just right or to little to get started in real estate ?

@Erik W. thank you for the response and i for sure agree that you have to be persistent with the effort and your right eventually the numbers will work in your favor.

me personally i dont think it was bad at all i was hoping for a positive response. but all in all it was good to get it out the way and i feel very good about doing it. to me its just  a simple yes or no and then you move on.

how should i feel about my first cold call being returned but the end result being that the property was under contract already?
