Thanks for the replies, they're much appreciated!

Hi folks,

My client bought a home that was remodeled, including electrical wiring, finishing the basement, new bathrooms, kitchen....you get the picture.

The contractor didn't get any permits and now the homeowner is hoping to sell - how would we do this? Does the state have to come and check everything or can we sell as-is?

If anyone has experience with this, please offer me some advice!

Many thanks

That would work, do you have any recommendations on CRMs. I used Brivity at my last firm, but it may be a little overkill for what we need now!

Happy Monday, everyone. I'm just starting a team and was hoping to gain some insight about which services may best suit our needs.

I need a document signing platform like Dotloop or Zipform and also a CRM, mainly for storing contacts, but auto emails & social media posts would be great too as we look to build.

Has anyone found something that does both? Or should I just get a standard Dotloop account for docs and then sign up for a cheap CRM?

Many thanks!
