@Account Closed Agreed - if you're gonna do something, do it right. My website will be the destination to which all online and offline marketing will point. And, the shorter the better. 

@Jason Moss Thanks for the direct feedback on preferring (mycity)homebuyers.com over the others. And frankly, I feel more strongly about the effectiveness of site concepts #1 and #3 than #2. Agree with you there. Yet, the annual Carrot subscription that I forgot I had comes with three. So, might as well pick a third domain name and design a basic use case around it. Open to alternative ideas on different/better use cases?

I'm wanting to run 3 different REI websites with my Carrot subscription:

1. 1. Sell My House Fast - aimed at property owners who want to sell their house fast.
2. 2. Find Homes to Flip/Turnkey Homes to Rent - aimed at investors looking to flip properties/rent out properties long term. 
3. 3. Overall website - aimed at the general public. This one will use my (mycity)propertysolutions.com domain name. It will link to:
   1. Site #1 above;
   2. Site #2 above;
   3. The primary website for my residential real estate brokerage (general marketing website for past clients, sphere of influence, retail home sellers);
   4. Guaranteed Home Sale Program - for sellers, e.g. "guaranteed sold or I'll buy it!"
   5. Home search site (unbranded home search site, primarily for home buyers);
   6. My Property Management company website (for prospective client-owners and tenants)

Question is, I'm not sure the best domain name for dedicated websites #1 (fast home sellers) and #2 (flip and buy-and-rent investors). 

Candidate domain names for website #1: these are names I already own. I'll probably just use one, then offer the other two for sale to someone who could make better use of it than I could.
