Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Allentown.

Purchase price: $215,000
Cash invested: $2,500

I recently bought this property, its my first deal overall I think its a good deal but I'm still learning things as I go

How did you add value to the deal?

I increased the rents and looking to add a bedroom to one unit and add a unit as well

I just bought my first rental in Allentown, pa but before I was looking into philly but as you said the market in philly is pretty expensive. Allentown is a fair bit cheap than philly but it still has it bad areas like most city but overall I think it was a better investment.
