@Bryan Blankenship I keep hearing that you just have to take the plunge, like jumping in an ice bath haha! Thanks Bryan! What's was your first investment and how did you get it under your belt?

Hi all, Aaron here. I'm new to real estate as a whole but have always known it's where I wanted to land. I've become obsessed with researching houses and information, I fall asleep to BP podcasts lol. Anyways I'm in the DC area (Herndon VA, 15-20 miles west of DC) and real estate is crazy expensive down here. I work for a construction company and used to own my own handyman service (sort of like property management but not as in depth). I like the idea of a challenge but the idea of risking someone else's money somewhat scares me being new to it all. Just looking for any advice anyone has to give and some conversation!
