Mike thanks so much for the link, any thoughts on using a professional voice talent vs. someone who is less professional/ casual? Male VS. Female voice...
Also what kind of marketing would you say works best for you right now? I use to do a lot of yellow letters to absentee owners in my market a few months back but all the other investors were also doing the same thing and when we go on seller appointments a seller might have like 4 to 5 letters... so i switched to yellow postcards but the response was just about 2%. I just increased my Marketing budget to $7000 a month but i am looking for input on how to maximize every penny of that, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the post, doing a lot of marketing as well, looking forward to seeing your results. I was wondering, who did you use for recording you voice mail recording? I you don't mind sharing, i really want to revise what i am currently using.
