They do have good reviews on google, 5 stars - 199 Reviews, which is good but I still need to get more information before I go with them. 
I did speak to someone, they said no hidden fees and very easy process, they did not say anything else. They answered my questions and that’s about it. 

BP has helped me a lot on things I should be looking for. I will definitely call them again and get more info.

Anyone worked or know Capital Fundings LLC known as Capfund I believe. They said that they have interest rates, 2 points and absolutely no other fees. This will be my first to use a hard money and want to make sure before I make a move. Looking for a lender who can work with Canadian for Fix and flip in Florida. Any feedback or recommendations would be helpful. Thank you so much.
