Does anyone know the best way to get cook county data for pre-foreclosures and probates? Whats the process?

@Michael Elefante congrats on the success!! I recently purchased my first short term rental in Arizona and am excited for this journey. 

Have you looked into any rent to rent situations for STRs? There are a number of areas im interested in but would like to test out the location using a rent to rent situation. I've also thought of using it to build more cash flow. 

(Im sure you know but rent to rent being  I lease a place and then sublease it as an airbnb)

Any experience with this?
