Hello, I recently acquired a property in Cleveland, Ohio. What platforms have you found to be in best when advertising your property for sale? I was thinking of posting on the local MLS to auto populate other sites like Zillow, Redfin etc. Any suggestions?

Hello Everyone,

I am working towards getting my first property by year end. I would love to hear some advice on how to invest in a property with little to no money down. Aside from utilizing the FHA loan what other routes are there with minor capital requirements.
