Probably a n00b question, but there is a property I'm interested in and I know the PM company that manages it. What can they give me in terms of data--rent history, leases, repair history, their fee on the property, historical turn and fill rate, avg length of tenant--all that kind of stuff. If I went in and asked for it, would they give it to me? Can they, legally?
