It is listed as "Origination fee"
I am getting a loan from a HML for $650,000. 4.5% interest for fixed 30 years with 2 points.
Paying only initiation fees, 40% of which need to be paid to initiate the loan and the other 60% can be rolled into loan payments.
Just wanted to get some opinions on whether or not this is a good option.
Any feedback is appreciated!
Thanks

Sounds good man thank you for the advice!
I wasn't sure because I have heard both sides of it. Many say its easy and can be done online. Others suggest a lawyer.
Just wanted to get some other investor's feedback, thanks!

I am currently looking to create my corporation myself so we can get our first multifamily under contract.
Does anyone know a good way to do it yourself? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Currently looking to acquire a 4plex unit in Las Vegas and I am looking for any hard money lenders who offer an LTV of 90%+.
We already have one deal under our belt and are looking to continue scaling as aggressively as possible.
If anyone is a hard money lender or knows of one who fits that criteria please let me know! Thanks!

Just a quick question for anyone who can give me some advice. I'm looking at potentially acquiring 2, 4plex properties and was asking my lender if I can do 2 loans simultaneously to buy both at the same time. He said they can do that and its called a blanket loan. I haven't heard the term before so just wanted to ask and see what people's experience has been with those types of loans and if you would recommend it.
Thanks!

I am looking at multi-family properties. Right now mostly 2-4 units.
Thanks for the advice! This will definitely help me do my numbers.
Also, if anyone has any multi-family properties in the area feel free to send me a message!

I'm running numbers for potential rental units in the area and got a tip from the biggerpockets podcast to ask on the forums to see if any local investors have those numbers.
If anyone knows what the average utilities are in the area I'd really appreciate it!
Thanks!
