Does anyone have any copies of a land contract purchase agreement? The ones I have have my company logo on it.

How would you go about wholesaling a land contract, and is it even legal? A friend told me it was, but I want a few other opinions to verify. If so, why aren't more people not wholesaling higher priced homes via Land Contract?
