How will this new act affect collecting rent from tenants? I saw an article that claimed to exclude payments for rent. Is it only for goods and services?

I am shopping around for insurance on a small duplex. So far they seem to be pretty high. What coverage do you suggest getting?

I have thought about transferring the property to my LLC then getting cheaper insurance.
