Thank you for taking the time. In a perfect world I would like to get my RE license and sell. I'm a sales guy by trade and have a real passion for it. I often tell people that buying my home was "the most fun I've ever had." The mid term goal is to get myself into networks like Delreia and BP and get into buy/hold rental real estate in Delaware. I'm a high character guy and come from a blue collar upbringing; I'm not afraid of work.  The long term goal is to build a network inside a large buy/hold portfolio to be able to set up other enterprises and P.E.O (billing, land scaping, rehab etc). I want to build a portfolio so large that I can create jobs.
