I agree our situations are similar but coming from different perspectives which I think can compliment each other to build some great portfolios and help each other complete our objectives. It would be great to add you to my up and coming network and see what kind of business we could do.

Good Morning Bigger Pockets community, my name is Adam and I am new to the site and RE overall.  I have spent 8 hours a day for the last 6 months or so listening to everything I can find on real estate investing.  My knowledge and understanding has grown exponentially and continue to learn everyday, however I am now starting to turn more toward hands on experience.  I am looking to start off with a rehab/upgrade and flip to break through the wall of fear and uncertainty from the unknown.  I hope to learn a'lot and also put the knowledge I've gathered to work.  I'm very driven and determined to help people overcome obstacles they can't find a solution too, achieve success and most of all Freedom from the rat race.  I bring a lot of positive attributes and very strong characteristics as well as the confidence to conquer the paths I walk.  I look forward to connecting with you all and hope to hear from you soon to see what kind of force we can bring to the industry.
