Thanks on the tips. I was looking into rental property. Not necessarily flipping houses or anything like that but perhaps buying a property and renting it out. my goal is to have at least 4 or 5 properties to manage  within the next three or so year. Maybe wholesaling to start off my journey but i have no idea to get into wholesaling. Im 24 years old and i hoping to achieve both knowledge and gain expertise in the real estate field and financial security myself after i graduate college. @Michael S.

Hey guys I m Adam,  I'm new to real estate invest and haven't made any moves towards starting investing in real estate outside of of consistent book reading and internet articles. I've signed up for a 3 day course to help boost my knowledge and potentially propel me into the field of real estate investing as well, hopefully that will help. Are there any pointers that anyone can give me to get started on my own. I Have little money and wish to gain all the knowledge i can so that i won't go in to this field unknowledgeable. Any help I can get I would greatly appreciate it.
