lol. Would be happy to discuss the pros & cons. But you can not say one is better than the other. Many many deciding factors in both the investor involved and the property location. There are a few ways to guarantee profits in condo investing in Toronto proper. Thanks for your feedback!

I've owned both towns, freehold & condos in GTA. Condo profits were/are as large as any others have been.

GTA past 40 years appreciates 6% on average per year. Risky? Only if your buying & selling within same year, or if you buy after a rapid 30% increase such as early 2017.
