Seems like a easy way to give a squatter access to the house

This is how larger management companies do this and do not have a problem.

The real estate industry as a whole uses lock boxes for this purpose. Lock boxes are normally rugged and can stand up to bad weather. Is there a reason why you do not prefer lock boxes?

What am looking for is for a individual TEMPORARY Code, that automatically changes for each prospective tenant. I am not looking for a lockbox with a single code. i.e. each prospective tenant will show up at the house, after being verified, receives an their personal code which is good for that time slot of say 20 mins. I know there are big companies out there such as sentrilock but that requires wifi and a hefty subscription.

Hi all, looking for a Temporary Electronic Lock for Showing VACANT Property to Prospective Tenants. There will be no wifi.  I dont mind paying a reasonable subscription fee but would like the ability to cancel and use as needed. This is NOT for a huge management company. Would love to be able to have a prospective tenant login somewhere, verify themselves and receive a temporary code to allow them to self-show the property. Anyone have any suggestions??

Hi all,

Anyone have any first hand experience with a competent and reasonable roofer for a strip and relay on a single family in North Port Florida?

If anyone knows the market rate per square that would be helpful too!

Many thanks,

Adam
