Hello everyone! My business partner Brett and I are new to the world of real estate investment and have come here to BP in order to initially learn the in and outs of wholesale to help us build up some revenue that we would like to then later reinvest. Though our hands on experience lacking, we are extremely eager to take in all that you have to offer that may help and are even willing to work side by side with anyone currently doing wholesale if possible. We would appreciate any and all advice that you guys have to offer to help tend to our growing pains to come.

Once we have some real money to invest we are interested in looking further into getting into preforeclosures, foreclosures, mobile homes, rehab (we have some great connections with contractors), duplex/triplex rentals and possibly REO properties.
