Hello BP friends! I am looking to build a website as one avenue to generate some business for my wholesale business. I don't need anything super fancy. Just something that will look nice and be easy enough for potential buyers and sellers to look at and respond to. Does anyone have some suggestions on good companies to speak with or individuals to talk to?

Hi Aaron, I live in Boston and am a realtor in the area. I would agree with the others on here that are familiar with the area and market. The biggest challenge will be finding that type of home as Cambridge is one of the hottest, most competitive markets in the Boston area. There is nothing like that on MLS so you will need to find these deals off line.

Hi, my name is Adam and I am a new investor and new to this site. I have been a Realtor for 13 years in the Boston, MA area but am looking to branch out and get into real estate investment. I would like to start wholesaling and am in the process of building my cash buyer database. Even though I have 13 years of experience as a real estate agent I feel in many ways like I am starting from scratch as I begin down this new path.
