Ok we found it through Legal Zoom, for $100, but your're the second person I heard say not to get one just yet.
Does anyone have any feed back on obtaining an LLC prior to getting Wholesale deals? My partner and I are planking on applying for the LLC and I recently heard on a Podcast that the Investor doesn't recommend doing so.

Good evening,
I am currently a Adult Probation/Parole Officer in Philadelphia, Pa. I have come to the conclusion that I want to focus my energy in Real Estate, eventually full time. I am new to Real Estate and am in the beginning stages of my journey. I've joined BP to learn as much as I can about Whole Sale and Investing. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
