Hi BiggerPockets community! I'm excited to join this group and introduce myself. I bring over 15 years of experience in distressed residential real estate, primarily focused on fix-and-flips across California, Arizona, and Nevada. I've spent my career turning properties around and delivering value in the SFR space, and now I'm ready to take the next step.
Moving forward, I'm shifting my focus to target 30–150-unit multifamily residential (MFR) properties—Class B and C assets—in Arizona, Nevada, and Texas. I'm eager to dive into the MFR world and build relationships with professionals in this space, including investors, brokers, property managers, and anyone with expertise or opportunities to share.
Looking forward to learning from this community, contributing where I can, and connecting with those active in multifamily investing. Feel free to reach out—I’d love to chat!
Thanks,
Adam Wilder
