Post: What about investing with VA loans?

I know I can buy more than one property under my VA loan but am I affected the same way other borrowers are by having more than one mortgage? For example, will they expect to see 6 months of reserves on my mortgages saved up? And will my second and third VA loans be done with no money down? How many homes can I buy with my VA loan? Who out there has experience with this that I can talk to? I'm trying to create my strategy for the next 3-5 years. Thanks.

I'm not sure anyone's catching my drift. I'm looking for the Colorado Real Estate licensing program. I don't care to be an agent per se. I just want to have that knowledge at my disposal so I can leverage it to be a more educated and successful investor. This site is great but I'm willing to pay to educate myself professionally on the nitty gritty details that will put me ahead of the pack.

I'm primarily an investor but I'm the kind of person who really wants to learn as much as possible about what I'm doing. That said, I was interested to know if anyone on BP knew of any online real estate programs that are both cost effective and worthwhile. I'm specifically talking about licensing programs, not "guru" stuff. I want to know the laws, the financing, etc. Right now I'd be looking at Colorado programs specifically. I'm also an active-duty veteran so if there are any military friendly programs that'd be great to know as well. Thank you.

My wife and I started our property investing last year. We have a single-family home now and we're looking to add two more properties before the year is out. I'd like to buy a duplex and possibly buy some mobile homes. From my understanding there's good money to be made with mobile homes -- at least in terms of cash flow. Right now I own my properties through my VA loan. However, I do have an LLC. What I don't know is how to move my properties into the LLC later. Any ideas or thoughts on how to use the LLC to do this or how best to get smart on mobile home investing?
