Does bigger pockets members has experience working with homebids.com ?

Has anyone used homebids.com for real estate buy/sell deal ?

looking for opinion from experts as I am not able to find much online footprint for this site. Looks there is a clone of this website as well “usahomebids.com”

@Sean Li. you got it right BECU is the only one in WA that gives HELOC on investment property. just like you i recently moved to San Antonio and looking for lender who can give HELOC on investment property. so far unsuccessful, did you find any here in San Antonio ?

@David Gwiltundefined ..... i am going to buy their $350 lifetime membership. i think it worth investing $350 for life time. atleast you are not paying monthly subscription. The tool is decent looking. they have made some good improvements over the year.  like adding a property if already not on mashvisor, foreclosure properties are now available.

I want to know at what time does the public records gets updated on sites like Zillow, Redfin when the property sale transaction completes ?

I am in a situation where I am transferring the title to my relative. I am paying the excise tax based on fair market value. What I don’t know is if this transaction is considered as sale transaction and will show up in Zillow or Redfin as property sold transaction or not ?

I’ll appreciate if someone can help me understand the process.

Thanks for the reply. Totally agree he is trying to triple dip. All the risk factor is at my side .., loan will be at my name, holding cost risk at my side.

I have the money but don’t have the time to project manage, deal with contractors on daily basis. My core source of income is my job which doesn’t gives me much time for side business.

That is why I was looking for passive investment opportunities. Is there any other option of real estate investment where I can invest?

I hold couple of rental properties and was looking for other avenues of investment

Can someone answer my question too ?
