Thanks for the advice! So if I did 5% down on a single family with a conventional loan, would that mean I wouldn't have to live in the place? And do you think paying the up front % fee from an FHA is not worth it?

Thank you guys all so much for the advice!! I had no idea anyone would respond, I’m so grateful for all of the advice given! I will continue to read, listen to podcasts, network, practice analyzing deals etc! And I will probably post updates on BiggerPockets as I get older and accomplish my real estate goals

Thanks for the reply and advice! I’m wanting to get my license and be an agent when I graduate so I guess that is a commission sales job, and I will start going to open houses every Sunday and picking the agents brains trying to network
