@ Steven Fellow newbie here. I would love hear from your experience. How has the market treated you? Were able to find a good team? Do you have any recommendations? Tia!
Hello fellow BiggerPocketers, I’m glad I found this rich source of information. Huge THANK YOU for all your valuable contributions. I’ve been reading a lot of posts. Listen to the podcast religiously every morning. I’m planning to get into rental investing for passive income and found Indianapolis to be a good starting point. I’m looking to invest 4-6 units in the coming year. A partner of mine and I are looking form a core team in the market. If you are an agent, lender, GC, property manager in the Indianapolis area, I’m looking to do business with you. Please reach out. Thanks in advance. Thanks! AD

@Anthony I invest in the stocks I understand. Coming from a tech background I find it easier to understand tech fundamentals better than other industries. But it could be risky since if the entire tech industry hits a bear market all my stocks go down. Hence I’m looking to venture out into real estate. Thanks

Jake Alger Right on about Kent. Since I’m only getting started, finding a low cost entry point was difficult for me in Seattle. But your right that if I look hard enough I’ll find good deals here to. Thanks for the insight.

Hello fellow BiggerPocketers, I’m glad I found this rich source of information. Huge THANK YOU for all your valuable contributions. I’ve been reading a lot of posts. Listen to the podcast religiously every morning. Here’s my story: I’m planning to diversify my wealth and start investing in Real Estate. Most of my current portfolio is in stocks and 401k. I’m primarily looking at investing for cash flow. Hope to meet people with similar interests. From my basic knowledge and research on BP, I don’t see Seattle being a good market for rental investing. Doesn’t come close to the 1% rule. What are good markets for rental cash flow investing? Memphis? Dallas? Any pointers on where/how I can get started will be hugely appreciated. Thanks! AD
