Hello,

I am interested in investing in multi family homes that need to be renovated and then I would rent the units and hold for long term. Now I listened to Brandon’s audible book and he mentions in BRrrRR investing that there are only certain types of loans a person can get for such an undertaking. What kind of loan would I need to make this happen. I have 20 percent for the down payment, closing costs, I have the cash for the renovation and my own construction company. What are my options for loans? Can someone please advise.

Thank you
