@Eric Johnson Yeah, that was something i thought about. The seller has other package (4 homes) that is $150k. Hypothetically, would i have a better chance of finding financing for that deal?

Hello Bigger Pocket Members. I am looking into buying a small portfolio (3 properties) from a local investor for $80k. I have a $20k credit line. This is my first time potentially buying multiple properties at once. Any financial recommendations you have for this deal?
