why don't you invest your money on a deal with a real estate investor? Find one who would take your $10K and you're looking at a return anywhere between 10-14%

@James Wise: can you get a FHA loan without a steady 'traditional' salary? I thought that was a requirement. Please correct me if I am wrong.

@Larry F. I have heard of Investor Carrot - Did you use it yourself?  Were you successful in generating the leads using it?

I am looking into building my website and exploring that route for getting leads through it, and through a well studied SEO that will help bring it to the top page of the search page.

I am curious to know if there are any investors who have a website and are getting a good flow of leads through their website. Or if anyone on here is using any other social media to promote their business and get exposure and by that mean generate leads? Or is that not a model that works for real estate fix&flip?

My background is more corporate and my experience is more in the commercial real estate investment/ corporate finance space.
