Hi! I will like any help with abandon manufactured homes. If you have any stories gone good, bad, or ugly please share. I'm interested in this land but there's a mobile home on it and the sellers only own the land so have no title for it, it does have two liens on it one from a bank and one from the County, I want to know if my purchase will be a good idea and if the process of putting trailer in my name is straight forward. Thank you!

Hi! I would like any help with abandonment manufactured homes. If you have any stories gone good, bad, or ugly please share! I want to know if the process is pretty straightforward, I'm interested in buying this land with a mobile home on it (LAND SALE ONLY NO CLEAR TITLE FOR HOME) and want to know if it's a good or bad idea. (home has a bank and county tax lien) Thank you!

Has anyone dealt with Nevada corporate Headquarters Inc? They are a consulting firm who tells me I can file my taxes and set up an LLC through them and be protected by this state laws. I live in Texas and may do business out of state. Thank you
