Kevin Fox Dm sent Ryan Wendlandt in wholesaling when you get the property under contract you take contact A to a title officer to open Escrow for you. After you find a buyer you bring contract B to the title office and they will take care of all the paper work and ASSIGN your contract to the buyer. They will also check to see how much is owed on the home, if the seller was not being truthful and any liens the seller did not disclose.

Hi there, I'm new to wholesaling and am in the process of building up my "Dream team". For those of you with a lot of experience my question is : what do you look for in a Title officer? And is there anyone in the San Diego area that would recommend a title officer? Thank you
