Hi! curious how housing vouchers work in the city of Austin and how it may differ from section 8? As a landlord do you have less authority to execute your lease policies for bad tenants? anything else to look out for on housing vouchers? thanks in advance!

@Christine Lee Middleton have you started investing in affordable housing in Austin? I have a few properties I’m thinking of converting if the rents are reasonable.

If I am going to rent a home that I own, is it acceptable to use the photos which were listed when I purchased the property (just over a 2 years ago)? There have not been any changes to the property, there’s no mention of ownership of the photos, and the photos are still available on the listing. I’ve heard various opinions on this, so I wanted to check with the BP community. Thanks!
