I think it's really smart to learn first before jumping in to ownership. Don't listen to the haters. Curious if you are managing short or long term rentals? Trying to network with more STR managers myself. Thnx!

My husband and I own a small property management business in Colorado. I would love to connect and learn from you all. We are also looking for our first investment property!
We offer full service property management. From the initial marketing of the property to handling all tenant requirements and details, we maximize cashflow, return on investment and free up our clients time to focus on their investments. If you or someone you know is managing their own rental property, we can save them time, worry, and frustration by caring for their property as of it were our own!
Ok so you have no experience but own a PM CO hmm? I would not advertise you are buying your 1st property. It does not exude confidence. Would you want someone to manage your property if they have never even managed their own? I hope you understand this is just constructive criticism.
Good luck

Hello
I own small condos in Denver metro area for mid-term rental. Although I do not have an issue with the current property management company but I would like to explorer some options if available. Does anyone know a reliable/responsive property manager for mid/short term rentals ? Thank you very much for reading.
Hello, I’d love to talk! I manage a few mid-term, furnished rentals as well as long term. We pride ourselves in being very responsive and reliable. I can send you some references if you're interested!
