Your assuming correctly we are out of South Texas, and yes he is a current resident of the home so that means he'll possibly qualify for the 80% to his home value loan. How would he go about it when he gets to the bank and ask to refinance his home? What would he need?

Hey everyone,

I had a question on refinancing and how it works. I'll get straight to the point my friend/co-worker has a home paid off already but still owes property tax. Basically how he paid his house was all cash buy and we were discussing today about refinancing his home. My question is if he paid a house off all cash will he be able to refinance if so what would he take in to consideration when he visits the bank?

Thank you

@Rosston Smith @Tyler Hall @Chinmay J. @Teo W. Thank you guys for the uplifting words and advice, you know I posted this 5 months ago when things were just out of control I'm not saying everything is all daisies and sunshine now but I'm learning everyday as I go to get a grip on life and not get so overwhelmed. But I really appreciate the words and @Tyler Hall I am definitely going check out the book you recommended. Thanks.

Hey everybody, Ok so my father-in-law just purchased a house from is brother for 35k, but his brother is backed on taxes about 2 years, from what I've been told by my fiancé I guess they signed a purchase contract where the occupants have a 3 month period to move out that they have agreed on if not my father-in-law would have the right to get his money back. So my questions are; what happens to the back taxes? If my father-in-law does obtain the property will he be getting taxed? Who would he need to consult with to get on the right track and might I add the right contracts made? I'm trying to think of any other questions I may have on this situation any feedback would be appreciated from both me and my father-in-law Thank you guys

Hey everybody, I'm stuck I have my Mind on overdrive I'm lost and I need help, I'm working two jobs and working in real estate on my off days. I really want to launch my real estate career but it's hard when you're BROKE! I'm not gonna lie I need to get my life together and I really want to turn this around and make some changes, I'm ****ing tired of being unrecognized! I am not going to sit here and blame it on the economy or on others like I see most people do, I know it's my fault and take full responsibility but that's the past and I'm trying to run as fast as I can from it!..I'm 24 years young and I've never been scared of anything ever until life happens that's when fear kicks in but I'm trying my hardest to overcome. At this point I'm just ranting and I don't really want to hold it inside I figured I'll just put it on BP **** it...I guess things happen for a reason whatever but I believe in the power to change life and creating your own path please anybody tell me I'm not alone on this belief!

Hey Flavio Garcia really good to see your thinking about your future at a young age great mentality keep up the motivation, unfortunately for me I just figured out about this vehicle of a source of income at age 24. I am still "young" but I wish I would've had this epiphany at a younger age! Good luck. -Adrian

Hey Michael McGarity welcome I've actually passed through Huntsville a few times on my way to Houston but haven't actually visited I would imagine it would be a good lease location for the people who work for the force or in the oil fields. Good luck on your future endeavors -Adrian
