I am about 350 miles northwest of Minneapolis, in Grand Forks ND, East Grand Forks MN. The rental market seems fair, it is hard to know this time of year we have been having very cold snowy winter, this wed. our high is going to be -15. Not very good moving weather. If you are familiar with this area I am all ears.

Thanks for the welcome Mr Investor, and Stephanie. Right now I own three duplexes in Minnesota and North Dakota. Our market has been holding up good, home sales are slowing down a little now according to my realtor friend. So hopefully there will be some buying oportunities now.

My name is Adam and I have been investing as a buy and hold landlord for about three years now. I am not sure which direction I want to go now for my future.
