What do investors look for when partnering or working with a realtor, specifically when listing their properties?

looking for a very active investor in baltimore doing rehabs. Looking to work with them for some experience of my own. Willing to give you my time for free so if you need help with anything, ordering supplies, keeping track of costs, project management, etc., im willing to assist you. Im also licensed so if on the sale of your project you need to list, willing to work out details that is beneficial to you for exchange in hands on experience.

Ive wholesaled some deals but know I want to rehab so I am looking to see the ins and outs with a pro before i just dive in. Want to know what i need to look forward to as far as rehabbing costs and trusting contractors seen too many horror stories.

I am a Realtor and have come across and sold some great deals. I am looking for active cash buyers to help me move properties before I put them on the MLS.

Some of the properties could be sold before putting on the MLS, which can take months to get sold and for me to get paid (thought I would propel that in there lol).

Looking to continue to build great working relationships with my clients from both sides.

I can list your properties or bid and submit offers.

I have several deal right now so if your interested email me and let me know what kind of deals your looking for.

Investor friendly looking to network!

Thanks in Advance,

Brittany

 Hi Rob,

First let me say

PC and BU are in the Frozen Four FINALS!

Yes they are legal, it is on the HUD 1, loans taken subject to existing financing.

Not for newbies

you need capital to cure the note if called.  Or rich friends :)

@briangibbons

can you be one of rich friends lol! j/k but how do you make money? by leasing it for a higher price? what legal ramifications can occur?

There has been a lot of discussion about "subject to" investing and im just curious how the get paid off this deal and how it works seems like a creative solution to get some deals done

I just want to know are there any favorable zipcodes in the Baltimore and PG County areas that investors go after? If so, why these particular zip codes and are they active for flipping or buy and holds?

Has anyone found success as a realtor or investor doing posting on CL? I have found to many people have terrible credit and are not good renters for the most part? is CL an avenue for GOOD business?
