@Rayanna Scott thank you and @Paul Timmins 242 units while deployed that's awesome and thank you for the resources I downloaded and read the beginners guide just gotta make my way down the rest of the list thank you for everything.

Thank you everybody for all the help and it feels good to know I'm not alone. I have been busy the past few days with reintegration training so I haven't been able to get on as much as I wanted too but I have read the pdf book. I was trying to log on my phone but its a tad bit old lol. I was also looking for a bigger pockets mobile app couldn't find one in the android store does one exist? If not that would be awesome if someone created one. If anyone needs any help with anything feel free to contact me. like I said before I don't know much but I'm always willing to help. @Rayanna Scott Did you find the emerging trends article on here? I'm going to go search for it. @Mehran Kamari There is so much info on this site its kinda overwhelming at times lol. But I like it. @Michael Moikeha I'm currently stationed away from Texas in Kansas would it better to work out here with an REI or would you suggest doing reach back to Texas? @Cuong Le That keywords thing is an awesome resource I'm going to have to figure out the in and outs of it sounds like something that I could use to my advantage. @Sharon Tzib The pdf alone was full of more information then I could ever imagine then the emails are good too this site was a goldmine of a find. @Rick Damian Gil is a favorite of mine hes been around few years and his luck never improves but he keeps going.@Randy Lance I'm reading as much as I can I know I'm behind the power curve. But I will catch up. You guys are awesome I didn't expect anyone to respond to my thread so I'm thankful for all of you. My name is Pierce, I'm new (completely new) to RE investing but I am a fast learner. Originally from Houston, Texas currently I'm a soldier in the military. My goals in real estate...learn as much as possible and one day purchase a apartment complex. If you need help with anything I'm always willing to lend a helping hand.
