I appreciate your reply. I agree that everyone has a different outlook depending on where they are at. I just want to see for myself what other investors are looking for in a deal, so I can keep that in mind.
I’m speaking in regards to the %70 rule. Yes it may change depending on the market one is. I want to know what others are using in Los Angeles area.

Hello i’m currently looking into deals and was just wondering what % you guy’s use. In L.A area preferably. Also how are y’all analyzing your deals?
