Hello, my experience with handymen has been the  " Jack of all trades, master of none"  result. So, what's the project you have in mind?  Thanks

Hi, have you spoken to the landlord about your concerns?  Try to come to some agreement that works for both parties.

GAR leases in Georgia are very landlord friendly.  Your best bet IMO is to communicate your concerns rather than looking for a contractual default out of the lease.  Best of Luck.

Hi Michael,

These are some of the most common seller responses to a cold call

Yes, No, Maybe, How did you get my number?  Who are you? Whats your offer?

Have an answer to all of them ready to go and follow it up with a question so you maintain control of the call.

That should boost your confidence through the roof.

You can find a ton of recorded cold calls on youtube.  Good Luck

Has anyone gotten their money back?   If so, please let me know what attorney was used. I am in a similar situation with this individual to some varying degree of change.   Looking for a lawyer to handle it.   Here in Atlanta, he seems to be using the same realtor to put homes under contract but can never close on them.  Any assistance would be of help. Thanks
