Hey guys, I am going to get started in real estate in 2017. Investing in cash flowing properties is what I like. I believe investing in multifamily properties is the best way towards financal freedom. There arent many clustered markets i can find with many multifamily properties. What kind of successes and losses have you felt in different Florida markets?
